Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, you will be responsible for the credit risk management process.
You will analyze or supervise the analysis and due diligence of Structured & Corporate Finance (SCF) credits. You will guide junior credit analysts in their analyses, review and monitoring of SCF accounts, as well as supervise/ validate internal credit ratings, in accordance with the Bank’s credit rating policies. You will monitor, report and handle the restructuring/ recovery of non-performing loans and provisioning, as well as provide oversight of credit documentation, as and when referred by Middle Office for SCF. You will assess the risks of new business activities SCF would like to undertake and will participate in the formulation, dissemination and implementation of credit policies. You will manage, with other colleagues, any credit rating projects, Basel II/III projects, regulatory reviews, stress testing, KYC, portfolio management and any other special projects, as and when required.
• Master/ Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• Minimum 10 years in corporate credit including 3 years in a VP role
• Possess strong analytical and management skills
• Well versed with credit risk development and issues
• Able to meet short deadlines
• Possess good communication skill and EQ
• Proficiency in Mandarin an added advantage
