- Degree in Banking/ Finance preferred
- Have a strong track record of high net worth client acquisition in Australia, or have a significant level of network with wealthy individuals
- Well versed with banking products and services, including investments and having strong interest in private wealth management solutions
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to do ‘hunting’
- Able to translate banking products and services to wealth management solutions that meet client needs
