About the job
You will support Project Finance mandates while being involved in business development and origination activities relating to infrastructure projects (e.g. power, rail, toll roads).
You will perform analysis and support on potential Project Finance opportunities. As well as assist the Team Lead, Head of Department and Branch Management as and when required. You will evaluate and support the identified project financing transactions and will provide credit monitoring reviews/ updates/ waiver requests, covenant monitoring for the existing project portfolio; as well as maintain credit files to an auditable standard. You will work collaboratively with the Head Office, other departments of the Branch, as well as other offices across the bank’s network in business development and transaction execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economic, Accounting, Mathematics
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience dealing with financial statements and financial analysis
- Possess strong knowledge of financial modeling and capable of building from scratch supplicated “project finance” financial models
- Possess an analytical mind to understand the varied range of factors which may influence the success of a project
